    10.5.1 Pyridoxine prophylaxis

    Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is routinely administered to all patients receiving linezolid, cycloserine or teridizone, thionamides or isoniazid high dose to prevent neurotoxic effects (see Peripheral neuropathy, Appendix 17).
